How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within one to three business days, and typically arrive 10 to 20 days after that. We ship direct from our production partners rather than holding stock and marking it up — the trade-off is a longer wait for a much lower price. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I return something that does not suit me?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send an unopened item back for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is paid by you, and original shipping is not refunded. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return entirely.
Is there a warranty?
Every device is covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If it fails in normal use, send us a photo or a short video and we will replace it free — for items under $75 you will not even need to send the old one back. Where a replacement is not available we refund you in full.
Do the wireless devices work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. The earbuds and smartwatch pair with both iOS and Android, and also connect to laptops, tablets and consoles over Bluetooth. Wired items like the keyboard, mouse and speakers are plug-and-play with no app needed.
What if my device arrives faulty or damaged?
Message us with a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund you. Report it within 30 days of delivery so we can put it right quickly.
